Vegan Ranch

Finally, a creamy Ranch dip that's entirely dairy-free and vegan!
Growing up I used to put Ranch on everything, I won't lie I still do sometimes. This version of Ranch is amazing because it's fresh, free of artificial flavors and preservatives, and really does taste better than the generic store-bought version. Following this recipe exactly will give you a delicious thick and creamy dip to serve with raw veggie sticks and chips. However, adding ½ - 1 cup of water will thin this dip out creating a delicious salad dressing.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours and drained
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped finely
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 T seasoning
  • 1 t Himalayan pink sea salt
  • ½ - 1 cup water (optional)
